Can't Write sitemap.txt

Hi there, i've just crawled all my site files and urls and it's all ok, but the only one problem is that at the final stage i got this Error:

Successful: Filelist-Cache written to file settings/files.inc.php!
Error: Could not write sitemap
File D:web_esterninnia//sitemap.txt does not exist and I do not have the rights to create it!

My site runs on a Windows 2003 Server, and when i try to chmod (i know that this is a Linux command but on win 03, with Cute FTP i got no errors) to 777, but still it say that it can't write the file sitemap.txt.
What can i do? Thanks in advance ^_^
